This is a quick Scar animation I did to have a dialogue test for CTN this year. It was done several weeks ago already, and it was done in a few days.
It was in my reel when I showed studios at ctn and the feedback I got from people (Disney recruiters) was that he's off-model and missing some structure with his head + neck connection, which I agree with completely.
Andreas Deja said he liked the acting though and that he's acting like Scar, which I was happy to hear 8)
I didn't reference the movie as much as I would have liked to though, since my TLK dvd player doesn't play on my Bluray player OR my computer D:
I love doing tests of pre-existing characters, but what I learned from this is I need to be able to draw the character a little better before I attempt to animate it, and so I'll most likely do some personal characters for now.
